Withdrawal information for consumers
- Customers who are consumers in their respective countries of residence within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act or similar laws, can withdraw within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of delivery of the goods ordered from your contract. Here you will find a withdrawal request which please fill out and return it to us by email, scan or fax.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (your name, address and, if available, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address) by means of a clear statement (consigned by post mail, fax or e-mail) on your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
FOLLOW THE REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION
- If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, excluding delivery costs. We try to repay directly, at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice is received through your cancellation of this agreement with us. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will be charged fees for such repayment.
- We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
- You have the goods promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days (from the date on which you notify us of any cancellation of this contract) to return to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and defects of the goods can be attributed to you. Goods should be in an unused, unwashed and as new condition and in the original packaging for the returning. For items that are damaged by signs, unless they are caused by conventional determination of normal use, an appropriate charge for the impairment is collected by us. The same applies to the case of returned goods where the accessories or parts are missing, such as carton labels, logo plate, carton box, etc. It can take up to 14 days to complete, you perform your refund the original payment method.Model withdrawal form

- Costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. Should the goods be returned freight collect, we are entitled to withhold or to charge a corresponding amount.
